肖恩·本森是一名演员、导演，因为作品黑袍纠察队 (2019), ARQ (2016) and General Hospital (1963)而被大众所熟知。
早年经历
He attended the University of Western Ontario and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry. He began to perform seriously whilst at University and garnered roles in university productions of "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest," "Bones" and "Biloxi Blues."
Following university, he went on to study Theatre Arts at Toronto's George Brown College.
Has a 5th degree black belt in Legacy Shorin-Ryu Karate and a Blue Belt in BJJ.
Worked Search and Rescue for the Canadian Coast Guard.
Plays guitar and bass and writes for the Los Angeles band Analog Smith.
